How to Flag a Message for Follow Up in My Way Mail

By Heinz Tschabitscher, About.com

I try to deal with every email I receive at once. But sometimes my My Way Mail Inbox is bigger than the time at hand (or the joy derived from replying to yet one more emails).

That's when a nice feature of My Way Mail is particularly useful. You can mark messages for follow up with an eye-popping red flag to remind you you're not yet done with them.

To flag an email to be tackled later in My Way Mail:

  • Go to the My Way Mail folder containing the message.
  • Make sure the checkbox next to the message (or messages) you want to flag is ticked.
  • Select Flag for Follow Up from the Select an Action drop-down menu.
  • Click Go.
