Create a Folder to Organize Messages in My Way Mail

The My Way Mail Inbox is perfect for new, incoming mail. But for archiving messages I want to keep, I prefer to use custom folders. This way (my way) all the emails that belong together can be together, and the Inbox stays clean.

To create a new folder to organize your messages in My Way Mail:

  • Click on the edit link next to My Folders.
    • If you can't see My Folders, click Show Folders >> first.
  • Type the name of the new folder under Adding a new folder:.
  • Click Add New Folder.
