Group Flagged Messages in Mozilla Thunderbird or Netscape

By Heinz Tschabitscher, About.com

By default, mailboxes are sorted by date (oldest message on top) in ]Mozilla Thunderbird, Netscape and Mozilla. Most of the time, this is very useful. Sometimes, however, you may want to see all the messages that you have flagged quickly.

To group flagged messages in a Mozilla Thunderbird, Netscape or Mozilla mailbox:

  • Click on the Flag column header.
    • The Flag column header is the one with the flag.
    • If you do not see it, try clicking on the left arrow to the right of the column headers.

Flagged messages are now grouped and sorted by date.
