View Total Message Count in the Netscape Mail Folder List

If a folder in Netscape or Mozilla contains unread messages, it is set out in bold in the folder list, and the count of unread messages is displayed after the folder name.

There's no way to find out about the total message count for each folder without opening it, however. Or is there?

To add a column to the Netscape or Mozilla mail folder list that displays the number of messages in each folder:

• Click on the stylized table in the top right corner of the folder list.
• Select Total from the menu.
• Adjust the column width so you can see how many emails you have.
