Guide Review - eMail Bounce Handler 3.6 - List Hygiene Tool

Whenever you send a newsletter, you must prepare for an avalanche of email: all the bounced messages to email addresses that are out of date, never existed, whose mailbox is full or otherwise inaccessible. Trying to send your newsletter to these addresses every time is a waste of time and effort, but cleaning your list manually takes a lot of time and effort, too.

Fortunately, there's eMail Bounce Handler. Using a customizable set of rules it detects and extracts email addresses with delivery failures.

Because not all bounces indicate a permanent problem, you can define how many failures are "allowed" per address. Once an address exceeds this limit it is marked for deletion and you can export it to your removal list.
