- IMAP Spam Begone lets you use SpamAssassin with IMAP email accounts.
- Detected spam can be flagged, moved to a special junk mail folder, or marked for deletion.
- Optionally, IMAP Spam Begone also expunges the Inbox.
- Supports SSL server connections and can save your password.
- IMAP Spam Begone supports any platform running Python and SpamAssassin (Linux, Windows, OS X,...)
IMAP Spam Begone can move detected spam to a special folder, mark it, or delete it. While this works reliably and efficiently, some may prefer to take different action depending on a message's spam score. Currently, IMAP Spam Begone doesn't support this. It does, however, support secure SSL connections.
While IMAP Spam Begone is easy to use and can save account passwords, a clean configuration file could be nice, too. Since IMAP Spam Begone is written in Python, it should require just Python — and SpamAssassin.
