How to Add a Voice Message to an Email with IncrediMail

There's at least one advantage the phone has over email: it carries your voice and its tone. But wait, email can carry that, too, by way of attachments. With IncrediMail creating a voice mail attachment is particularly easy.

Add a Voice Message to an Email with IncrediMail

To add a voice message to an email in IncrediMail:

• Click on the Recorder toolbar button while composing a message in IncrediMail.
  • Alternatively, select Tools | Voice Message Recorder... from the menu.
• Click the Record button.
• Start talking (or singing; or making noise).
• Select Stop when you have finished.
  • You can listen to your recording by selecting Play.
• Click Attach.
