Set up a Mail Filter in IncrediMail

Filters are great. You can use them to automatically file mail to specific folders, for example, or to trash spam. In IncrediMail, filters are known as "message rules", and they are easy to create.

To set up a mail filter in IncrediMail:

• Select Tools | Message Rules... from the menu in IncrediMail.
• Click the Add... button.
• Compose your message rule with
  • a criterion following If and
  • an action after then.
• Click OK.
• Finally, click Close.
