How to Find Messages in IncrediMail

Keeping a large archive of emails — "to get back to them later" — is worthless without an efficient way to search for specific messages.

For this purpose, IncrediMail offers a rather ordinary, but useful search functionality.

Find Messages in IncrediMail

To search for emails in IncrediMail:

• Select Edit | Search Mail... from the menu in IncrediMail.
  • Alternatively, use the faster keyboard shortcut Ctrl-Shift-F.

Using the dialog that comes up, IncrediMail lets you search for messages in all or only a specify folder and use search criteria such as subject text, sender, or message body text.
