Similar to bookmarking the general Hotmail composition screen, you can bookmark that page with your recipient's address already in the To: line.
Bookmark Mailing Someone in Windows Live Hotmail
To bookmark mailing someone in Hotmail:
- Create a new bookmark or favorite in your browser.
- Make sure it points to the following address: http://hotmail.com/default.aspx?rru=compose&to={email address}.
- Replace {recipient's email address} with, you guessed it, the recipient's email address.
- For example, the complete address could be: http://hotmail.com/default.aspx?rru=compose&to=recipient@example.com.
