I know my contacts, but I don't know all their email addresses. Fortunately, Hotmail has a nice address book.

And even more fortunately, Hotmail makes it easy to add the sender of an email to the address book contacts.

Add a Sender to Your Hotmail Address Book Quickly

To add the sender of a message you have received in Hotmail to your address book quickly:

  • Open a message from the sender you want to add in Hotmail.
  • Click the Save Address button.
  • Make sure Add to Contacts is selected for all the people you want to add to your Hotmail address book.
  • Edit the Quickname:, First Name: and Last Name: if necessary.
  • Click OK.
