Email addresses, like phone numbers, are not particularly easy to remember. This is what address books are for. And that's also what the Windows Live Hotmail and MSN Hotmail address books are for.

Add Recipients from Your Address Book Easily in Windows Live Hotmail and MSN Hotmail

In Hotmail, inserting a recipient from the address book is easy:

  • Start a new message.
  • Click on To:.
  • To add a name to the list of recipients, click on it.
  • Eventually, close the list with the x in the top right corner or select OK.

The same trick also works for the Cc: and Bcc: fields.
