Block a Domain in Windows Live Hotmail
To block all mail coming from a domain in Hotmail:
- Select Options | More Options... (or just Options if no menu comes up) from the Windows Live Hotmail toolbar.
- Follow the Safe and blocked senders link under Junk e-mail.
- Now click Blocked senders.
- Type the undesired domain name — the domain being what comes after the '@' sign in an email address — under Blocked e-mail address or domain:.
- Click Add to list >>.
If you enter "about.com", for example, all mail from fred@about.com, joe@about.com, jane@about.com and so on will be blocked from your Windows Live Hotmail inbox.
