Access Hotmail Help Without Window Resizing

Hotmail has a comprehensive help site with answers to many questions, good tips and helpful information.

Unfortunately, when you select Help from within Hotmail, this takes over not only your browser, but your whole screen. When you close the help window, you're left with Hotmail still taking up an enormous amount of your screen.

This feature prevents me from getting help rather than supporting me.
