But sometimes all this formatting fancy can be counterproductive — if a recipient cannot or does not want to receive HTML messages. Fortunately, Evolution lets you send messages relying on plain text only, too.
Send a Plain Text Only Email in Evolution
To send a plain text only email in Evolution:
- Select Format from the menu while composing a message in Evolution.
- Make sure HTML is not checked.
- If HTML is checked, select it to change its state,
- if it is not selected, leave it alone.
- Continue eding the message.
- Finally, deliver it using the Send button.
