All of the forwarding styles have their advantages, but there's certainly one format you prefer (I prefer forwarding as an attachment, for example).
Fortunately, you can specify a default forward style in Evolution. This style will be used automatically when you use the Forward button, for example.
To specify the default forward style in Evolution:
- Select Tools | Settings... from the menu.
- Go to the Composer Preferences category.
- On the General tab, make sure your preferred style is selected under Forward style:.
- Click OK.
