Remove a Button from the Eudora Toolbar

By , About.com Guide

A toolbar is most useful when it contains exactly the commands that I use most often. Some of the buttons Qualcomm included in the default Eudora toolbar do not fall into this category.

Fortunately, it's easy to get rid of them (or any other toolbar button).

To remove a button from the Eudora toolbar:

  • Click anywhere in the Eudora toolbar with your right mouse button.
  • Select Customize... from the menu.
  • Select the button you want to remove with the mouse pointer.
  • Keep the left mouse button clicked while dragging the button out of the toolbar.
  • Drop the toolbar button by releasing the mouse button.

Now that the button is gone, you can close the toolbar customization dialog by selecting the Close button.
