Guide Review - Email Hawk 4.01 - Outgoing Email Tool

I know it has happened to me before: I described and promised an attachment in an outgoing message that simply — was not there. Attaching files to email seems to be a bit like buying paper handkerchiefs: easy to do, but even easier to forget.

Email Hawk helps avoid the embarrassment. It warns you whenever an email leaves without an attachment or a (configurable) disclaimer.

Unfortunately, Email Hawk doesn't include any filtering capabilities, so its warnings will not always be accurate. Even more problematic are Email Hawk's stability troubles. It crashed with predictable unpredictability, but certainly too often.

Email Hawk also includes an address verification tool that performs some tests. Nice, but a bit out of place.
