- XS2Mail lets you access POP and IMAP accounts via a web-based interface.
- Supports secure TLS/SSL server connections and APOP authentication.
- You can send messages and replies (with a customizable From: address) in XS2Mail.
- XS2Mail does not store passwords, messages or attachments permanently.
- Lets you prefer plain text to HTML messages, can color-code quoted text.
- IMAP supports includes full control over folders, keeping sent mail, flagging mail, and more.
- XS2Mail knows the access details of many email account providers, making logging in easy.
But XS2Mail is not only easy to use, it is also quite powerful, especially when you get to use it with an IMAP account. Then you can really use XS2Mail a lot like a full desktop email client, keeping sent mail in the "sent" folder, moving messages, and more.
It's also great to see XS2Mail supports APOP and TLS/SSL security and is privacy conscious. Message filters would probably be a nice addition to these features.
