Inserting a signature in an outgoing email is easy and quickly accomplished at any time. You don't have to wait until the message is done to put the signature at the bottom or decide for a signature before you even start. AOL will always append the desired signature to whatever you have already composed nicely.

To append a signature to an email you are composing in AOL:
- Click on the Signatures button while writing an email in AOL.
- Select the desired signature.
