How to Set Up a Signature in Eudora 4 and 5

A signature is a small piece of text appended to every email message you write. It can display your name, address, URL, or a witty quote. Here's how to set up a signature in Eudora Pro.

Here's How:
- Launch Eudora.
- Choose "Tools | Signatures" from the menu.
- The "Signatures" opens with a signature called "Standard" already created.
- Double-click on the "Standard" signature.
- Type your signature into the editor window that opens.
- Close the editor window and choose "Yes" when asked whether you want to save the signature.
- Choose "Tools | Options" from the menu and then the category called "Sending Mail".
- From the drop-down list preceded with "Default Signature:", choose "Standard".
- Close the dialog with "OK".
Tips:
- A signature should not be longer than about five lines.
- You can rename the signature by right-clicking on it in the "Signatures" tab and choosing "Rename".
