From your Email Guide

A signature is a small piece of text appended to every email message you write. It can display your name, address, URL, or a witty quote. Here's how to set up a signature in Eudora Pro.

Difficulty Level: Easy    Time Required: 10 minutes

Here's How:
  1. Launch Eudora.
  2. Choose "Tools | Signatures" from the menu.
  3. The "Signatures" opens with a signature called "Standard" already created.
  4. Double-click on the "Standard" signature.
  5. Type your signature into the editor window that opens.
  6. Close the editor window and choose "Yes" when asked whether you want to save the signature.
  7. Choose "Tools | Options" from the menu and then the category called "Sending Mail".
  8. From the drop-down list preceded with "Default Signature:", choose "Standard".
  9. Close the dialog with "OK".

Tips:

  2. You can rename the signature by right-clicking on it in the "Signatures" tab and choosing "Rename".
