PushMail 2.0 - iPhone Email Alerts, Now with History and Filters

Saturday October 10, 2009

PushMail - Push Email iPhone AppPushMail, the iPhone app that hunts for new emails like a squirrel and pushes them to your iPhone, has been updated substantially.
PushMail 2.0 can filter incoming mail on its own — not alerting you about certain mail, for example, excluding subject, sender or body from particular alerts, or color-coding accounts. The colors show in the history PushMail now can keep. This lets you review more alerts than the most recent and allows PushMail to count the missed announcements on its icon badge. From both history and alert, PushMail can open iPhone Mail or a web page. Also new: more alert sounds and quiet times:
›› PushMail alerts you using iPhone sound and pop-up messages to new mail sent or forwarded to a personal PushMail address. (iPhone, iPod touch)
