Windows Live Hotmail - Keyboard Shortcuts and a Contact Picker

Windows Live Hotmail's latest iteration brings more keyboard shortcuts than anybody could use at one time: new shortcuts of its own, and many you know from Yahoo! Mail or Gmail as alternatives.
Also new are the option to download all an email's attached files in one go, and an expanded contact picker that makes it easy to address groups or email recently used addresses:

Hi,
WLM is good but one cant move between folders or jump to a particular email like we can in WM or OE. especially when I have about 300 folders and sub folders and want to move a message from the inbox to say xyz then to find xyz folder it is quite frustrating. Any Help with that will be highly appreciated
