How to Filter One Sender's Mail to a Certain Folder Automatically in Outlook

First, the stubble grew in your face. Now it grows on the razor — with no way to shave it off.
To unclog a razor, David Somerset (of Somersets Shaving Oil) recommend tapping it on the basin. Sounds promising... Since the water's surface tension might contribute to making the oily hair stick, they also suggest throwing a soap bar in the basin. Sounds clever.
