Everything worked according to plan. More and more smoke came up, though, and things got tight. The heat was unbearable in some spots but not sufficient in others. What had gone wrong?
I think I overcrowded the pan. The steam, alas, gently stewed the filet mignon, which should have been browned.
I think I may also have overcrowded my Mozilla Thunderbird extension list — and there's the add-on that keeps crashing the entire application when I so much as launch it...
