Select the email message you want to print to open it. If you don't want to print the entire page, highlight the section you want to print. Go to the toolbar above the message and select the More button. Alternatively, select the printer icon in the upper-right corner of the message window. Choose Print Message. Choose the printer settings you want to use, then select Print. How to Print Contacts in AIM Mail or AOL Mail AOL Mail provides several ways to print information from your contact list. For example, print your contacts or filter contacts by a subcategory, such as family, friends, or coworkers if you added your contacts to a group when you created them. Print Contacts by a Category Log in to your AOL Mail or AIM Mail account. In the navigation pane, select Contacts. Select the View drop-down arrow and choose the category you want to print. Select the Printer icon on the taskbar to access printer options, then choose Current Category. A new window displays the contact information. Press Ctrl+P in Windows or ⌘+P on Mac to open the Print dialog box. Alternatively, select File from the browser toolbar and choose Print. How to Print a Calendar in AIM Mail or AOL Mail To create a hardcopy printout of the calendar for a month, week, or day: Log in to your AOL Mail or AIM Mail account. In the navigation pane, select Calendar. Choose Select Calendar and choose the calendar you want to print. If you only have one calendar, skip this step. Select Calendar View and choose Month, Week, or Day to update the calendar view. Select More, then choose Print. Press Ctrl+P in Windows or ⌘+P on Mac to open the Print dialog box.
