How to Send Plain Text Emails Only in Eudora

You see, cooking works like this:
Not sure whether what you have in your pan or bowl will delight your or your friends' taste buds? If it's sweet, add some rum. If it's not sweet, cover it with fine cheese and put it in the oven for 10-20 minutes. And it will taste good, no matter what.
Sending pristine email you can't go wrong with works like so: you tweak a few of Eudora's many options. And it will look good, no matter what:
