Are all children fascinated by escalators? I guess so; they are moving after all, maybe not fast enough but moving all the same. I know I've always been fascinated by these moving staircases, and I'm sure it was with lots of astonishment and fascination that the first two-way moving sidewalk was presented on January 30, 1958.
Then only Love Field, at the time Dallas's primary airport, had such a moving floor. Now every respectable Mac comes with Mail, which has a built-in moving Trash folder. Put any email on its conveyor belt and a few days later the message will have dropped off, making room for fresh emails to purge:
