Always Send in Plain Text to Certain Email Addresses in Outlook

Is lack of abundance a good thing?
Of course, this question makes no sense. I might just as well ask you whether abundance of lack is a good thing. Or whether lack of a good thing is abundance. And is abundance of a good thing lack?
