An email a week puts you on a winning streak (so to speak). At least a bit, and at least in a recent University of Alberta study that exposed about 2,000 workers to weekly emails praising the wonders of physical exercise. The messages had a measurable impact on the recipients' attitude towards working out and on their BMI, too.
So email can be (and I say that with a lot of ifs and buts) good for your body, which is nice as, of course, there is no backup body to turn to. That you can have a backup of your Outlook Express email filters should not make you neglect your computer and disks completely either, though:
