Passover Lamb Stationery

If the dating of Easter seemed difficult, identifying the origin of Pesach appears to be impossible. I did learn about the Z'roah, though, a roasted bone with some meat on it that symbolizes the lamb sacrificed in the Temple in Jerusalem before it was destroyed.
