Add Bcc Recipients in Outlook Express

Scientists are trying to figure out where the missing carbon (about 15% to 30% of the carbon dioxide pumped into the air can't be accounted for) is stored or recycled. I'm afraid the blind carbon copies sent from Outlook Express won't solve this mystery either...
Send blind carbon copies of your email messages with Outlook Express. The regular recipients won't know that the Bcc recipients got a copy as well.
